These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 3paati platform. Please read them carefully in full before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be aged 18 or older (or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction) and must not be located in a prohibited jurisdiction. Pakistani users must understand applicable local law before participating.
All account transactions are conducted in the currency specified at registration. PKR-denominated accounts must comply with platform cashier limits. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and applicable processing times.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds and free bets are subject to minimum odds restrictions. Attempting to abuse promotional offers may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
Arbitrage betting, use of automated systems, collusion, match-fixing involvement and multi-account operation are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Players may set deposit limits, session timers and self-exclusion periods at any time. 3paati reserves the right to impose mandatory limits on accounts displaying signs of problem gambling behaviour.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3paati will never ask for your password via any channel. Report unauthorised access immediately via the support contact.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 3paati ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://3paati.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Platform").
3paati is an English-language online betting information and platform site targeting Pakistani users. We provide sports betting markets, live casino games, and responsible gambling resources. This Agreement applies to all users regardless of the device, browser or application used to access the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of this Agreement by reference.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
Registration and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law. The Operator reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where proof of age is requested and not provided within the timeframe specified, the Account will be suspended pending verification.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable provincial and religious-law provisions. The legal status of online and remote gambling for users based in Pakistan depends on applicable law and jurisdiction. 3paati does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. This is not legal advice. You must seek independent legal guidance if you are uncertain about your legal position.
Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
The following persons are ineligible to register an Account:
To register an Account, you must complete the registration form in full, providing accurate, current and complete information. You warrant that all information provided during and after registration — including your name, date of birth, email address and residential city (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar) — is truthful and up to date. You must promptly update your information if any details change.
In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and the Operator's internal compliance policy, we may request identity verification at any stage, including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include:
The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address, source-of-funds evidence or enhanced due-diligence materials, at its sole discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Operator will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify the Operator immediately at the contact details in Section 15.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. All transactions are subject to the Operator's AML checks.
Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as payment context only and do not constitute an endorsement of gambling or affiliation with the Operator. Actual deposit methods available at the cashier are confirmed at the time of transaction and may change without notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. The Operator reserves the right to require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are typically two to five business days but may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable verification requirements.
Accounts denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) will display balances, bets and winnings in PKR. The Operator accepts no responsibility for exchange-rate fluctuations where a User's payment provider applies currency conversion.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. The Operator reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Remaining balances above the applicable minimum will remain claimable upon successful reactivation and KYC completion.
All bets are final once confirmed via the bet slip. The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or as a result of a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance without further liability.
3paati offers markets across Pakistan international cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports. Market-specific rules (including settlement criteria for over/under, match winner and live in-play markets) are published on the Platform and govern settlement of all bets in the relevant sport or competition.
Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or voided at any time in the event of technical interruption, data-feed failure or event suspension. Bets placed before the suspension are settled in accordance with the applicable market rules.
Maximum winnings per bet, per day and per market are subject to the limits published in the Platform's betting rules section. The Operator reserves the right to limit individual bet sizes at its discretion without prior notice.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which supplement and are incorporated into this Agreement. In the event of conflict between promotional terms and this Agreement, the promotional terms prevail with respect to that specific promotion only.
Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotional terms will not count towards the requirement.
The Operator reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel associated winnings and suspend or terminate an Account if it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or arbitrage betting, using automated systems, or operating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
The 3paati VIP loyalty programme offers tier-based benefits from Bronze through to the invite-only Black tier. Tier eligibility, thresholds and associated perks are defined in the VIP programme terms published on the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme at any time upon reasonable notice to affected participants.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:
The Operator cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected criminal activity to the relevant agencies.

The Operator reserves the right to impose mandatory account restrictions — including deposit limits, session limits or temporary suspension — on Accounts displaying indicators of problem gambling, without prior notice to the User.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and code, is the property of the Operator or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
The Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or if continued operation of your Account would expose the Operator to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
Upon termination of your Account, any remaining Balance (after deduction of any amounts subject to forfeiture under this Agreement) will be returned to you via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless expressly stated otherwise.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. If you are self-excluding, please use the dedicated self-exclusion tools described in Section 9 to ensure the request is processed correctly.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as stated in the Platform's licensing documentation.
Notice to Pakistani Users: Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions. The Operator does not claim that participation is lawful in Pakistan and expressly disclaims any representation to that effect. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for assessing the legality of their participation in accordance with applicable national, provincial and local law. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least 14 days' advance notice where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
